Our little baby girl, Adeline, is no longer a baby and quite honestly it makes me VERY sad. In fact, it has me contemplating another. Sweet little girl you never cease to amaze me. You are 9 months old now and growing like a weed. We went to the doctor this week and you weighed 17 lbs. 10 oz (26th percentile) and you were 27.25 inches (36th percentile). I often compare you to your big sister, Harper and at this age Harper was 17 lbs 2 oz (25th percentile) and 26.5 inches (25th percentile). You are both on the same track to be small but that's okay.
Here are a few little things about you:
-you love to eat and you will eat just about anything except blueberries. You are also picking up finger foods to eat. You have had several new foods (cheese, waffles, macaroni and cheese) this week and LOVED them!
-you are still "army" crawling everywhere
-you pull up on anything and will walk around furniture
-you are into anything and everything
-you are also now opening drawers/cabinets
-you say "nana" for "mama" and you also say "dada"
-you want to be just like your big sister, Harper
-you love to make noises and blow rasperberries
-you have 2 teeth on bottom (they were your christmas present)
-you love to have daddy put you to sleep at night
-you are starting to use your walker
-you wave "bye-bye" and it's probably one of the cutest waves I have ever seen
-When you fall, you freak out and cry. I guess you are scared but your sister never did this so your daddy and I just laugh
-you kind of say "hi"
-you love to be talked to and read to
Quite honestly you are probably one of the cutest and sweetest people I have ever met! I love being your mommy!
