"I Hiding!"

Peter is at Men's Fraternity on Tuesday mornings so I am on my own to get myself and the girls up, ready and out of the house on time. To say we (the girls and I) are not morning people is an understatement. The 3 of us are not pleasant in the mornings. I know how much I hate to be woken up so I try to wake the girls up slowly-first, I turn off their sound machines, a few minutes later I turn on the hallway lights, etc-you get the point. This morning Adeline brought a little humor into the mass chaos. I was running late-as usual! First, I had to literally pick Harper up out of bed and put her on the potty-I'm pretty sure at one point she fell asleep sitting on the potty. Next, I go into Adeline's room (after I had already done all of the previous warnings) to turn on the lights and I find her like this...she said "I hiding, no get up!" So I left her alone and a few minutes later, I uncovered her and she smiled and said "you find me, mommy!"
