Conversations

Lately, we have really tried to have family dinner time. We all sit down at the table (at the same time) without any distractions (no TV, toys or phones) and discuss our day. Most of the time Harper will ask me "What did you teach the kids to say today, mommy?" I love that she knows "kind of" what I do. She will also usually ask Peter how his day was with the Timberwolf-another adorable thing she says. Tonight, she was telling me about her "5 year old birthday party", which by the way comes up everyday in some way, shape or form. She starting saying "soon I will be five, and then six, and then seven and then eight, oh and people who were shirts while they swim are funny!" What the what-yep, I started crying because I was laughing so hard and Peter spit out his soup. We all were rolling with laughter but then she kept right on going with how she can't wait to get bigger and stronger. That sweet girl never ceases to amaze us with what she says.
