Yesterday, we celebrated the birthday of one of our wonderful friends' here in Minnesota, Heidi. She was the one who made my birthday cupcakes so I thought I would do the same for her. Heidi is always super creative so I wanted to try something new so I decided to make Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes. They were super easy and they were a huge hit especially with the kids. We did have a few party fouls-before we got to the party, Adeline shook the cupcake container so all of the cones fell over on one another. Also, it was so HOT outside so by the time we ate the cupcakes, the icing had melted everywhere.

The ice cream cone cupcakes were definitely very yummy! It did say online to bake them the day of the party and I didn't listen. I baked them the night before and the cones got very soft. Otherwise, they were a lot of fun and I will make them again!
