Father's Day 2011

First, I wanted to put a picture of my dad and I on the blog...the picture was taken about a year ago at my brother's couples wedding shower. We missed being with our father's on father's day this year.


Since we were not with our father's on father's day, I thought it was important to spoil Peter with some of his favorite things. First off Friday night, Peter was working late so the girls and I decorated the apartment with signs and cards

Next. we decided to make him a cake. Harper had mentioned to me earlier in the week that Daddy needed a cake for father's day.

On Saturday, we sent Peter golfing with some guys from our Sunday school class, then he got to watch the US Open, take a nap and cuddle with this pitiful little girl (yep, I am a bad mom, I was letting her eat cookies in our bed-I was desperate!)

For dinner on Saturday night, we headed to Dave and Buster's for a little fun! We all had a blast! Daddy and Harper at Dave and Buster's

On Sunday, we all slept in, went out for breakfast, went to work with Peter, came home and took naps and then went out to eat again that evening. It was a wonderful weekend!
