We just dropped Harper off at her first day of preschool in Minnesota. I was so proud of her~so was all smiles as she walked inside. She hung up her coat and backpack, kissed us good-bye and off she went into the classroom. I was expecting a meltdown but instead Adeline threw a fit when we left. Adeline is having a hard time without Harper here, and to be honest, so am I! It's so quiet, I forgot what it's like to only have one child for a few hours. Adeline keeps walking around the apartment looking for her and saying "sissy!"-it's so sad! We can't wait to pick her up at 11:30.
Of course, my little princess wanted to wear a tutu on her 1st day!

Why does this make me want to cry?? I just get all emotional about kids starting school! She looks so grown up! Why can't they just stay our babies forevs?
